Last month, this contempt for what used to be a stiff target was on show during the fourth ODI between India and Sri Lanka in Kolkata. Today, the ease with which MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli chased down 297 - after three quick wickets had fallen - felt slightly strange to watch.
